Sehat.

Delete your account.

This page covers Sehat: Indian Calorie Counter on Android and on iOS. You can delete your account from inside the app, or ask us to do it here without installing anything. Either way it is permanent and we do not ask you why.

Delete it in the app

Fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.

  1. 1. Open Settings

Tap your profile, then the settings icon.

  2. 2. Scroll to Delete account

It sits at the bottom of the settings list, below Sign out.

  3. 3. Confirm

A dialog asks you to confirm. Once you tap Delete, your account and your data are removed. There is no undo and no recovery.

Or ask us to delete it

Use this if you have already removed the app, cannot sign in, or would simply rather we handled it. Give us the email address on the account so we can find it.

We reply by email to confirm before anything is removed, so nobody can delete your account by typing your address into this box. We never call you.

You can also email info@getsehat.app from your account address.

What gets deleted

Everything Sehat holds about you, in full. Not archived, not deactivated.

Progress photos are never part of this, because they never reach us. They stay on your phone and are removed when you remove the app.

What we are required to keep

Three narrow exceptions, none of which is health data and none of which is used to contact you.

How long it takes

In the app: immediate. Your account stops existing the moment you confirm, and you are signed out.

By request: we reply within one working day and delete within seven days of you confirming.

Backups: fully cleared within 30 days either way.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan, because the billing sits with the store, not with us. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions, or on iPhone under Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancel there first, then delete here.
